This is the early phase of a $750 million, 15-year project that will provide a new river outfall, diffuser, force main, gravity sewer, heat exchanger, and pump station at the Port of St. Helens. It was designed by David Evans and Associates. The pump multiplex station and diffuser will function with effluent flows that vary from 500 gpm to 4,000 gpm with river levels that vary by 18-feet and are completely tidal reversing.

The project consists of a tunnel, shafts, and pump station that will collect flows from the micro-tunneled and open cut Southwest Parallel Interceptor Segment and convey it through the CSO tunnel to the Swan Island pump station.

The 11-story, 330,000-sq.ft. building includes five levels of parking and is will be considered for LEED status upon completion.
The medical facility is a 16-story, 400,000-sq.-ft. building that will house physician practices, outpatient surgery, a wellness center, research labs and educational space. A three-story underground parking garage will provide 500 new parking spaces for patients.

The John Ross Condo tower was designed by GBD Architects Inc. and the developer is Gerding/Edlen and Williams Dame.

The Elizabeth Lofts are a 15-story, 175-loft residential building in the Pearl District in Portland.

The seven phase project features 250,000-sq.-ft. of added space and an 80,000-sq.-ft. renovation. It is slated for completion in November.

The Strand will feature 195 luxury condominiums, 27 distinct townhomes and a riverside restaurant.

The 272,274-sq.-ft. building will include six courtrooms, chambers for district and bankruptcy judges, offices of the U.S. Probation Services, U.S. Pretrial Services and U.S. Marshals Service, and space to be occupied by the GSA.

The 245-unit condominium complex includes a 21-story tower and a 24-story tower. Construction is expected to wrap up in spring or summer of 2006.

The 274,000-sq.- ft. building includes research/laboratory space and an advanced imaging research center.

The height of the towers, 18 stories, makes the upcoming Eliot Towers one of the tallest buildings in the area. The building consists of Six 2 story town homes, 13 floors of one story traditional units for condo living, and three floors of penthouses on the top, 21 units in total.
