NBBJ announced four new principals
Shannon Testa has joined Lease Crutcher Lewis as Project Engineer. She has been in construction since 1997, and is currently working on the West 8th office tower project. Shannon holds a Bachelors in Construction Management from Washington State University, and studied abroad at the University of Technology in Sydney.
Dan Hollingshead has been named executive vice president at The Papé Group in Eugene, Ore., with responsibility for strategic planning and development for the company. Hollingshead has more than 30 years of experience in auditing and consulting roles, with emphasis in publicly-held companies, acquisitions, mergers and financial offerings. Most recently, he served as managing partner of the Seattle office of PricewaterhouseCoopers.
NBBJ promoted the following employees to principal: for Phil Duff, AIA, John Hendry, RIBA, Duane Jonlin, AIA, LEED AP and Margaret Montgomery. Duff has spent 20 years working on complex healthcare projects. Since joining NBBJ in 1999, he has worked on many key local projects including the University of Washington Medical Center and Harrison Hospital in Bremerton, Wash.
Hendry, a registered architect in New Zealand and the United Kingdom, has spent 30 years practicing architecture across the globe. He joined NBBJ’s London office in 2003. Jonlin, has nearly 20 years of experience in technical design, regulatory issues and the integration of sustainable technology. Callison announced the most recent participants of its Fellowship Program. Elijah Driscol, associate, holds a BA in Film Studies from Dartmouth and has a Master of Interior Architecture from Rhode Island School of Design. Roy Hague, associate, holds a BS in Architectural Studies from University of Wisconsin and has a Master of Architecture from University of Washington. Asuka Sakamoto, associate, is a graduate of Washington State University with a BS in Architectural Studies and a Master of Architecture. Tom Webster, associate, holds a BFA in Interior Design from Brigham Young University and has a Master of Architecture from Arizona State University. Nicole Zheng, associate,holds a Bachelor of Architecture from South China University of Technology.
General contractor, In Line Commercial Construction, of Aloha, Ore. Inc. recently hired Sarah Noggle as a Project Manager Assistant and brings a BS in Geosciences with emphasis in Paleontology. Sam Huckaby, project engineer, brings six years experience in the construction field including two years as a project manager for a commercial concrete contractor. Brandon Flint, project engineer recently completed a $35 million project, Medical Office Building at St. Vincent Hospital under a Joint Venture between In Line and Andersen Construction. Darrel Flint, Dispatch, Quality Control, and Special Projects Division recently returned to the company. Peter Loda, Special Projects Division Project will handle projects less than $50,000.
Brad Hendrickson has been appointed construction risk manager, at PCL Companies, Bellevue. Stewart Grauer has been appointed construction manager. When he joined PCL’s Seattle District in 2005 as manager of preconstruction, Stew brought nineteen years of industry experience with him.
MulvannyG2 Architecture, headquartered in Bellevue, Wash., announced today that four members of its retail team have been promoted. The team, focusing on both retail environments and retail concepts, works on large format and specialty retail stores, shopping centers, and lifestyle center projects.
Maggie Cowgill, who supports lead designers and project managers on both design and construction processes. Cowgill is currently working on projects for General Growth Properties. Elisabeth David, who supports the technical, design, and process management on various projects, including a project for Milliken Developments.
The following individuals were promoted to Associate within the Retail Concepts Team: Candice Erickson, whose responsibilities include supporting the contracting, construction documentation and administration of projects, and who is working on several projects for Sur La Table. Mike Schulze, who has assumed a project manager position for Kohl’s projects. |
