Otak adds employees throughout the Northwest and increases staff in the Middle East.
Lease Crutcher Lewis announced the addition of four project engineers, Mike Kingham, Adam Clark, Brian Sugg and Eric Owens. Before joining Lewis, Kingham was a project manager for a specialty contractor focused on theatrical equipment installation and performing arts facilities construction. Kingham is currently providing project engineering services for the Large Animal Hospital Addition at Oregon State University’s College of Veterinary Medicine. With a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and a master’s in environmental engineering, Clark joins Lewis after a diverse career in civil, structural and environmental engineering and construction management.
Sugg was project engineer for a leading commercial contractor in the Los Angeles area.
With twelve years experience in the construction, real estate and aviation industries, Owens contributes a well-rounded operations perspective to the Lewis team. He is also presently serving on the team managing the UO Peterson Hall renovation in Eugene.
Hennebery Eddy Architects, Inc. has added four new staff members: Linda Berry as project manager, Traci Fontyn and Levi Salazar as architectural staff and Ashley Glisson as office administrator.
Berry joined Hennebery Eddy Architects, Inc. as a project architect / project manager with six years of design and project management experience. Fontyn brings four years of experience to the firm. Salazar received his Bachelor of Science Degree specializing in Architecture at Georgia Institute of Technology, and is currently working on a range of institutional and development projects.
Glisson will receive her Bachelor of Arts Degree in History this March from Oregon State University and recently studied art history in Italy.
Otak, Inc., has hired seven more professionals to support projects both domestically and abroad.
Kathryn Moore joined the Gearhart, Ore. office of HLB-Otak as survey CAD technician. Moore has supported engineering projects on the Oregon coast, focusing on the production of CAD drawings and maps.
Cathy Ridley, who joined Otak’s Seattle office, also has an extensive graphic design background and will use those talents as graphic designer for Otak’s Public Services - Planning group. Otak’s Kirkland office, meanwhile, welcomed Shelly O’Banion, senior proposal coordinator, and Jennifer Beard, engineer in training. O’Banion has more than 13 years of marketing experience in the Puget Sound region. Beard, an Environmental Resources Engineering major at Humboldt State University, has worked on several academic water resources projects, including the restoration of a brackish marsh habitat in a local slough. Otak also hired three professionals in its office in Abu Dhabi, UAE: a roadway and highway engineer, an infrastructure engineer and an architect.
