Sparling/Yantis/WATG/LRS/MulvannyG2/Lease
Michael Yantis was recently
elected to serve as a director at large on the NCAC.
Tim White recently joined Sparling's
Portland office as a CAD Specialist.
The firm also added Tera Cyphert
as an administrative assistant and Anthony
Evans and Josee Gaulin
as CAD drafters/designers.
Michael Yantis, principal of
Yantis Acoustical Design, was
recently elected a director-at-large of the National Council
of Acoustical Consultants (NCAC). With over 100 member firms
in the U.S., NCAC is an international organization which is
committed to supporting the acoustical profession. Yantis
was an active member of NCAC for 20 years before being elected
to one of the five director-at-large positions. In this role,
he will vote on decisions relating to policies, by-laws and
membership of the organization.
The Seattle office of Wimberly Allison
Tong & Goo (WATG) has hired Steven
Samuleson as senior interior designer and Robin
Goddard as corporate public relations manager. Project
designer Shannon Suess and project
architect Susan Frieson have
recently joined the Seattle firm from WATG's Newport Beach
office.
LRS Architects, Inc. announced
that senior interior designer, Alexandra
Zimmer and interior designer,
Anne Stende have been added to the growing Interior
Design Studio, and LRS designer, Eeshoo
Rehani has received his LEED accreditation from the
US Green Building Council.
MulvannyG2 Architecture, added
Bryan Higgins, AIA, LEED, as
a new associate.
Lease Crutcher Lewis, a regional
general contractor, has hired six. All are located in Seattle
or at Washington jobsites. Michael
Donovan and Jason Sturgeon
have been hired as project engineers. Autumn
Thomas has joined the Special Projects Division as
operations assistant. Mindy Eubanks
has joined Lewis as executive assistant to the chief financial
officer.
Portland architecture firm Yost Grube
Hall (YGH) has added Ken Grimm,
Jonathan Bolch, John Heinen, Han-Ying
Lee, Jennifer Freundenberger and Phillip
Lopez to the firm's professional staff.
BHC Consultants recently hired
Ron Dorn as a principal engineer
and Dave Kreider and Noah
Allen as staff engineers.
SERA recently hired the following
three employees:
Matthew Arnold brings to SERA
over seven of years experience in urban design, and alternative
mode transportation planning. Brian
Cobb's experience spans a wide variety of projects
including commercial office, hospitality, government and higher
education facilities.
Logan Cravens has over 19 years
of experience in architecture and education with a special
emphasis in environmental design issues.
