Yantis Acoustical Design, Seattle, has added Tara
Damschen to its team as an acoustician. Her current
projects with include the Salem Hospital Central Plant and
the Seattle Preparatory Academy Theatre.
GLY Construction, Bellevue, has appointed Lee
Kilcup as its new chief executive officer. Kilcup will
succeed Roger Anderson, who
has served as chairman and CEO for four years, and has been
with the company since 1976. Kilcup has been president since
2001 and has been at GLY since 1983.
Kirk L. Reisinger has been
named the Northwest regional sales manager for Dryvit Systems,
Inc., a Rhode Island based company. Reisinger will be in charge
of all sales in the Northwest region.
Waterleaf Architecture & Interiors announced several promotions
and staff additions. Bill Bailey has
been promoted to associate partner, and Brian
Hjelte and Terry Amundson
have been promoted to associate. New staff members include
Meredith Hendricks who joined
the firm's architectural team, and Anna
Roberts now heading the marketing department.
Lease Crutcher Lewis, Seattle has promoted John
Sellen to senior estimator in the special projects
division. Boyd McPherson is
the new coordinator for the service department which performs
projects valued up to $50,000 for key commercial and residential
clients. Gordon Lemberg has
joined Lewis as a project manager and estimator, focusing
on projects by the commercial division. Kathryn
Emtman is a new project engineer, and is assigned to
the team that will break ground soon on the Four Seasons Hotel
and Residences. Don Korsmo has
been hired as superintendent.
J. Michael Read, a water quality
professional based in HDR's Portland office, has been elected
president of the Water Environment Federation, an international
technical, scientific, and educational water quality organization.
A wastewater professional with more than 30 years of experience,
Read is currently a vice president with HDR.
Howard Wells has joined BERGER/
ABAM Engineers Inc. at the branch office in Portland. Wells
has 14 years of experience in structural, transportation,
and telecommunications engineering. Cori
Wiessner and James Corney have
also joined the Portland office.
Danielle Conrad has been named marketing coordinator for
The Papé Group, Inc., Eugene, Ore. In her new position, she
will be responsible for implementing, executing and managing
all marketing initiatives for Papé Material Handling, Bobcat
West and Ditchwitch Northwest. Conrad will work in Papé's
corporate office in Eugene.
Sparling, a Seattle based engineering firm added three new
employees. Christopher Andersen
will specialize in health care, hospitality and retail projects.
Kyle Madson joins the Sparling office to work on higher
education and public facilities. Stephen
Reinertson will focus on industrial and military projects.
