Helac Corporation of Seattle, Wash., appointed of Chris Folk to the position of product manager. Helac Corp. manufactures hydraulic rotary actuators for OEMs and after-market attachments for the construction-equipment industry.

Skanska USA Building Inc. of Seattle announced the promotion of ten employees within the company’s Seattle office. These four have been promoted to senior project superintendent.

Leon Borden has worked with Skanska for the past twelve years and most recently has lead the structures team on the tower at Lincoln Square in Bellevue.

Gerary McGlynn

Dave Killian, who specializes in corporate campus projects, has served in the industry for the past 24 years and has worked with Skanska since 2000.

Gerard McGlynn has worked at Skanska for the past 15 years, and has been instrumental in a wide range of large construction projects in the commercial and multi-family residential industry.

Mike Richotte

Mike Richotte has served in the industry for the past 26 years. He joined Skanska over 12 years ago and is currently leading his team at work on University of Washington’s Johnson Hall. All have been promoted to senior project managers.

Brian Thomas, who possesses 25 years of industry experience, has been promoted to Director of Field Operations. Over the past seven years, he has led Skanska’s structures team on numerous projects, including the King County Courthouse Seismic Upgrade and Multi- Care Medical Center L-Wing Expansion.

Jim Broadlick, who has worked at Skanska for the past four years and served in the industry for more than two decades, has been promoted to Project Executive.

Ben Finney, who has worked at Skanska for the past 10 years, has been promoted to Senior Project Manager. Finney specializes in historical renovation and seismic upgrade projects.

Promoted to Project Executive, Lew Guerrette has worked in the industry for the past 16 years and with Skanska for nearly a decade. Guerrette is an expert manager in the areas of pharmaceutical and biotechnology facilities.

Eric Temp, who has worked in the commercial construction industry for the past 17 years, has been promoted to Project Executive. He is currently leading Skanska’s team on a large office/retail project in Bellevue.

Tom Whitaker has been promoted to Precon- struction Director and will utilize his talents in assisting with the management of Skanska’s in-house preconstruction services team.

Cierra Electrical Group would like to announce the additions of three new employees. Rocxy Juan has joined Cierra as a project manager. Aladdin Villanueva joins Cierra as a senior CAD drafter, and Gary Guloy, LEED® accredited professional, has been promoted to project manager.

Parsons appointed Thomas A. Donovan as senior vice president–director of operations for Parsons Construction Group Inc. (PCG), a new global business unit of Parsons Corporation. Donovan will be responsible for PCG’s operations worldwide.
