Good Samaritan Hospital Patient Care Tower

Design/Assist project that consists of nine stories, roughly 350,000 sq. ft., hospital tower, a central utility plant upgrade with a connecting tunnel between the CUP and the new hospital building and a parking garage. Notable project features include: 80 family-friendly private rooms, new emergency, imaging, and surgery departments, and overall reduction in water and energy use.
