The 10,340-sq-ft building, located in Oregon City, will serve as a child abuse assessment facility and include clinical, meeting and office spaces. Construction is scheduled to be completed by April 2011.

P&C was also selected as the general contractor for the Sunnybrook Facility Remodel for Clackamas County, a $6-million project that began in late July.
