Annual Fete Bestows Excellence in Concrete Honors

The Oregon Concrete and Aggregate Producers Association, with the Oregon Chapter of the American Concrete Institute honored the winners of the 24th annual Excellence in Concrete awards banquet April 22 at the Oregon Convention Center in Portland, Ore. The top winning projects in each category were named Excellence in Concrete winners. First and second place runner-ups were also named, where applicable and appropriate.
