  • Streetcar Lofts, completed in December 2001, is a seven-story, 134-unit condominium building with about 9,200 sq. ft. of retail space on the ground floor. Its open lofts come in single-level and two-level floor plans and feature 10-ft. ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows and French doors that open onto European-style balconies. The building also has a common-area courtyard, fitness room, community room and underground parking.

  • Riverstone Condominiums, the first mixed-use property for Hoyt Street Properties, was completed in summer 1998. The five-story, 121-unit building includes 10,000 sq. ft. of ground-floor retail that is fully leased and is home to a restaurant, salon, dry cleaner, convenience market, make-up boutique and real estate office.

  • The Johnson Street Townhouse Condominiums has garnered several design awards since its opening in March 2000.

  • Johnson Street Townhouse Condominiums, which Hoyt Street Properties calls "the Pearl District's premier residential property," has garnered several design awards since its opening in March 2000. Each of the 13 exclusive units in the three-story building sports state-of-the-art amenities, attached garages, private courtyards and terraces, hardwood floors, gourmet kitchens, gas fireplaces, high-tech wiring and whirlpool tubs.

  • Jamison Park is one of three full-block open spaces Hoyt Street Properties has donated within its property. The park was named after William Jamison, an artist and one of the Pearl District's first gallery owners who was pivotal in the development of the Pearl and River districts. Completed last spring, Jamison Square is between Northwest Johnson and Kearney streets and is marked by a signature water feature.

  • Kearney Plaza Apartments was Hoyt Street Properties' third project and proved to be one of its most challenging. Midway into its completion, the four-story building burned down and had to be rebuilt. It was completed in September 2000 as one of the first high-end residential rentals in the Pearl District. Tenants share access to Kearney's rooftop garden and enjoy ground-floor businesses such as Starbucks Coffee Co.

  • Tanner Place Condominiums houses 120 condos that were completed in October 2000. More than 13,000 sq. ft. of retail space in the six-story building is filled with a day spa, restaurant, optical store, two clothing boutiques and a home accessory and gift shop.
