Integrated delivery contractor McKinstry tops the overall and Washington lists with $306.1 million, but this was below the firm’s 2008 chart-topping $386 million total.

Norwalk, Conn.-based EMCOR Group took over the top Oregon spot with $83.6 million. The firm has its sights set on continuing to expand its regional presence. EMCOR President and COO Tony Guzzi says that the mechanical and electrical contractor is underrepresented in the Northwest in several sectors.

Performance Contracting Inc. of Woodinville, Wash. soared into the number two spot in the overall chart with $148.5 million, and topped several specialty categories including Wall/Ceiling and Thermal & Moisture Protection.
